At Rasvya, we are committed to delivering our farm-fresh, lab-verified spices to your kitchen as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification once your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders over ₹350.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹350, a nominal shipping fee is calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, you can expect your spices to arrive within the following timeframes:
- Within Kerala: 2 to 3 business days.
- Metro Cities (Rest of India): 3 to 5 business days.
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
(Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues with our delivery partners.)
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking link and AWB number. You can use this link to monitor the real-time transit status of your package.
Address Errors and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that you provide a complete, accurate shipping address and a valid mobile number during checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, or multiple failed delivery attempts, our support team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
- Please note that actual shipping costs may be charged for re-dispatching packages returned due to customer error.
International Shipping
Currently, Rasvya exclusively ships within the borders of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
