Refund and Cancellation Policy

From our lab-verified Turmeric Powder to our whole cloves and black pepper, every product is packed with strict hygiene standards. Because our products are consumable food items, we adhere to a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
Return and Replacement Eligibility
Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns for a general “change of mind” or if the product package has been opened. We will only provide a full refund or a free replacement under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged in transit (e.g., torn packaging, broken seal).
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.
- There is a verified quality issue or contamination.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Report within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of your delivery timestamp.
- Provide proof: Email us at hello@rasvya.com with your Order Number and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item.
- Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or NetBanking via Razorpay).
- Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full and immediate refund if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please email us or call us as soon as possible with your Order Number to request a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled.
